2024 Social Health Awards

All Social Health Awards finalists are invited to attend the annual Patient Leader conference, Social Health Connexion 2024. This conference focuses on advancing advocacy efforts, bringing together hundreds of Patient Leaders from across the globe and from over our 45+ online condition communities.

Past conferences have included sessions on social media advocacy, healthcare advocacy, mindfulness and mental health, keynotes from respected industry leaders, plus plenty of networking opportunities.

Winners of the Social Health Awards are announced at Connexion 2024 at a special Patient Leader celebration.

Winners are also invited to the Fierce Pharma Marketing Awards, an exclusive in-person award ceremony in Philadelphia each fall. Health Union and FiercePharma have partnered for several years to celebrate the Social Health Awards.

The 2024 Social Health Awards winners are eligible for:

• Attendance at the Social Health Awards presentation and networking reception
• Transportation and accommodations for up to two nights in Philadelphia for the Social Health Awards celebration and Digital Pharma East event in September 2024
